I still cannot believe it... the enormity of the loss has yet to sink in. Michael has been a part of my life ever since I was a baby... his music, his passion, his creativity, his humanity... a living legend in every sense... always awe-inspiring, profoundly influential, a true genius whose talent is unparalleled...

I have fond memories of my Dad copying his dance moves, complete with a white glove, much to my amusement as a six year old. It was the time of the music video, when Black and White and Dangerous graced the TV screens. The concerts, the hype, the persona... the era of an icon. Never had music touched me so deeply....

The most beautiful aspect of his work will remain the message he brought... he covered issues ranging from environmental conservation to racism, third world countries and childrens rights... His message resonated with everyone... the only artist who truly broke all barriers... transcended all boundaries... be it racial, political, economic or religious. He brought joy and hope around the globe... was beautiful in every possible way...
